Family Housing Association (Birmingham) Ltd started life in 1964 to help the young Irish community find accommodation. Since then, we have grown to become one of the major providers of affordable housing to rent and low cost home ownership for people from all backgrounds in the West Midlands.

With over 2,100 properties located mostly in the inner city areas of Birmingham, we have a strong commitment to work with local communities and partners to make our homes and areas of our city places where people want to and choose to live. Our general needs housing stock is complemented by a range of purpose built properties and services for people who require support and care, this could be from single homeless people who need temporary accommodation through to people with learning difficulties.
