Family provides nearly 2,500 homes for affordable rent and low cost home ownership, most of which can be found in inner city areas of Birmingham. 

However, we are more than 'just' a landlord. We are committed to investing in creating sustainable communities, improving the health, wealth and happiness of our tenants and local residents. We therefore work closely with our residents and a number of partner organisations to encourage the development of a community where people want to and choose to live.

In addition, an important part of our work is supported housing, providing homes and caring support for young homeless people, older people and those with learning disabilities and mental health problems.
