Family Housing Association is an independent social housing provider based in Birmingham. We were formed in 1964 and now provide nearly 2,500 affordable homes for rent and low cost home ownership across the West Midlands. We have a strong commitment to work with local communities and partners to make our homes and areas of our city, places where people want to and choose to live and provide a range of properties and services for people who require support and care.

We are more than 'just' a landlord. We are committed to investing in creating sustainable communities, improving the health, wealth and happiness of our tenants and local residents.
