 | Angela Parks - Chair of the Board
Angela joined Family as Chair of the Board in April 2012 following nearly four years as Chair of Gloucestershire Housing Association. Angela currently runs a consultancy firm having previously held the position of Corporate Services Director with Merlin Housing Society until September 2011. Angela also had extensive experience in the private sector before joining Merlin Housing Society in 2007 and has an MBA.

 | Danielle Oum
Danielle has been a board member since January 2009 and is Head of Federation Support for Groundwork UK, a national federation of charities. Danielle is also a co-opted member of the regional committee of the NHF for the West Midlands and Senior Independent Director of Walsall Healthcare NHS Trust.

 | Ernon Campbell
Ernon joined us in January 2006 and is a Family Housing resident. Ernon previously conducted social housing audits for the Audit Commission and was a manager for Birmingham University Housing Services. He has also been a member of TPAS and is currently an active judge for the National Housing Federation.

Jo joined the Board in August 2009 and is a Family Housing shared owner resident.

 | John Williams
John joined us in April 2011, is a member of the Audit Committee and on the Board of Cornerstone. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Bankers (FCIB), now semi-retired after 40 years in Financial Services and property related finance, including 15 years as Managing Director of the UK's largest mortgage broker. Additionally, John is a Magistrate in Birmingham.

 | Michael Sullivan
Michael joined the Board in July 2009 and is Chair of the Audit Committee. He is currently Business Manager for Dudley Community Services and previously held positions in Financial Appraisal and Performance at the Housing Corporation and Housemark.

 | Paul Rickard
Paul joined the Board in March 2011 and was appointed Chair of the Remuneration Committee in September 2012. Paul is Director of Corporate Finance at Circle Housing Group and has over 12 years commercial experience.

Phil joined the Board as a Co-optee in July 2007 and was then appointed full Board member in October 2008. Phil is a housing consultant and was previously Head of Housing for a Midlands housing association.

 | Martin Chambers
Martin is Chair of Cornerstone Commercial Services and was appointed in April 2009 after being Chair of the Board from September 2002. He first joined the Board in June 1997. Martin is currently Framework Director for Shaylor Group PLC.
