Tony is a Director of West Bromwich based Anglo Holt Construction and has responsibility for a number of projects throughout the UK in addition to Board level responsibility for Health and Safety. Tony is also Director of Construction Excellence and Chair of the Construction Industry Partnerships Centre for Warwickshire. As an Ambassador and Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Building, Tony has been the Chairman of the West Midlands branch.

	Martin Chambers Board Member and Chair of Cornerstone Commercial Services. Martin is Project Director (Birmingham New Street) for Network Rail and past President for the Chartered Institute of Building. Martin joined Family's Board in 1997 and was Chair from 2003-2009.

	Olivia Clymer Chair of Housing & Social Care Sub-Committee. Corporate Manager for Regeneration and Strategy for Milton Keynes Council leading on Regeneration, Equalities and the Local Strategic Partnership.

	Clare Finch Chair of Finance and Resources Sub Committee. Accountant working for Kaplan UK as National Content Manager for financial reporting, audit and law. Providing training in advanced corporate reporting and is the author of accountancy textbooks.

	Elaine Le Montais Head of Worklessness at Midland Heart.

	Sunil Plaha Chair of Development & Projects Sub-Committee. Business Development Manager with Leicester/Asra Housing Association.

	Bob Deed Chartered Accountant and works as a consultant specialising in financial management and governance.

	Danielle Oum Senior Regeneration Manager with the Black Country Consortium Ltd.

	Chauhdry Rashid Retired local Government Officer. Councillor in Birmingham. Lord Mayor of Birmingham 2008/09 and Deputy Lord Mayor 2009/10.

	Phil Smith Consultant within the Housing sector, previously employed as Head of Housing for a midlands housing association and held senior positions within housing management and maintenance departments.

	Michael Sullivan Business Manager for Dudley Community Services. Previously held positions in Financial Appraisal and Performance at the Housing Corporation and Housemark.

	Jo Wright Family Housing shared owner resident.

	Jean Allison Co-optee member of Housing & Social Care Sub Committee. Family resident and has worked as a Neighbourhood Office Manager for Sandwell Homes.
