Tim Sewell (BA,FCIH)
Appointed in March 2001, Tim has over twenty years experience in social housing, beginning at Cambridge City Council then moving to Hanover where he was promoted to Regional Housing Manager. He subsequently joined Wherry Housing Association as Housing Director. Wherry’s creation of the Anglia Group structure led to him become Director of Wherry and then Group Corporate Services Director. |

Rob Ellis (ACEA, IFA, ACIH)
Appointed in November 1989, Rob initially trained with a medium-sized accountancy practice before moving to a large multi-national practice. He subsequently worked in financial analysis at Jaguar Cars PLC.He then joined Spiral Housing Association,a large multi regional association where he became Head of Finance. Rob now has 25 years experience in the social housing sector. |

Carmel McCarthy (BA (Hons) MSc MCIH)
Appointed February 2007, Carmel is the most recent member to join our Executive Team and has over 15 years experience in social housing. Carmel has brought a wealth of social care experience with her as she was previously Head of Housing Services with the Heart of England Housing Group, based in Stratford-upon-Avon. Prior to that Carmel has held positions of Area Director - Central England Business Unit with English Churches Housing Group and Head of Community Services & Supported Housing with the Somer Housing Group in Bath.

David Stevenson (MCIH)
David joined Family in 2004 as Head of Regeneration and was appointed Director of Investment, Assets and Regeneration in July 2007. David has nearly 20 years experience working in social housing and previously worked at Focus Housing in a variety of different housing management and regeneration roles, including a 3 year secondment as Birmingham's first Neighbourhood Manager. He is currently the Chair of Balsall Heath Sure Start project. |

Terry Brookes (BA)
Appointed in 1985, Terry initially trained in industry before moving to the Association as a Senior Finance Officer. Terry is responsible for the finance and income recovery sections within the resources directorate. |

Waseem Butt (MSOCSC, DIP HSG)
Previously Head of Housing and Social Care, Waseem was appointed as Head of Sales and Marketing in January 2008. Waseem is responsible for the selling of our shared ownership properties and has worked at Family since 1998. He previously worked in supported housing with the Carr Gomm Society. |

Jackie Jones (BSC HONS GIPD)
Appointed in 1985, Jackie is responsible for the Association’s Information Technology systems, human resources, training and health and safety management. She also manages the office services team who provide support services to the Association and run the Associations conference centre. |

Claire Hardwick (BSocSc)
Claire was appointed October 2007 and is responsible for Family's Regeneration Team including our Eco projects, Refugee Support and Training Academy. Claire has a vast experience in community development and previously worked for Pertemps People Development Group. |

Richard Przybylko (MCIH, Dip HSG)
Richard was appointed on a 6 month interim basis in November 2007 and is responsible for new housing projects and ensuring our housing and care accommodation is fit for purpose and exceeds the Decent Home Standards before the target date of 2010. Richard has over 26 years experience in the housing sector and previously worked for Nottingham City Council as a consultant project managing a £46m housing regeneration scheme. |

Gail Newbold (MCIH)
Appointed April 2008, Gail has been working in social housing for over 20 years and was previously Head of Housing at South Warwickshire Housing Association, based in Stratford-upon-Avon. As Head of Housing at Family, Gail will take a lead role in the management and development of our income service, neighbourhood management and all aspects of customer services. |
