At Family Housing, we let all of our properties through a choice based lettings scheme called Birmingham Home Choice,  www.birminghamhomechoice.org.uk.

Birmingham Home Choice advertises properties to rent from Family Housing, Midland Heart and Birmingham City Council. In order to be re housed through the scheme you will need to be registered with one of these partners and have received a unique User ID and Password.

To apply please complete our application form or register with any of the partner landlords listed above, or contact your local neighbourhood office. If you are already registered with any of these partner landlords then you should have already received your unique user ID and PIN number to allow you to access Birmingham Home Choice.
