Over the past year, we have provided over 50 work placements at Family. These placements have been offered to our residents and members of the local commuity, providing experience in all areas of our business, from gardening and maintenance to painting and office administration.

All work placements have been paid, lasted six months and provided training and support to gain nationally recognised qualifications. Some have also used this experience to successfully gain a more permanent role within the organisation.

These placements have been provided to those who have been long term unemployed through Government initiatives such as the Future Jobs Fund and Intermediate Labour Market (ILM).
