We have recently completed our new development at Bearwood Road in Smethwick. Built in a desirable residential location within Smethwick, the properties are a mixture of 3 and 4 bedroom homes.

The development consists of 24 homes in total and was completed in February 2012. The scheme was officially opened by the Mayor of Sandwell in July 2012.

The development has been built using private finance and funding from the Housing and Communities Agency (HCA). The homes are being built by Lovell Homes and have been designed by BM3 Architecture.
