Family Housing has four schemes around Birmingham that we directly manage and are for people aged 55 years and over who are independent, but feel that in case of an emergency, there is an emergency pull cord and someone who will respond to them, giving them peace of mind. There is no scheme manager; these schemes are managed as part of Family Housings general needs housing stock.
