Servol House Aston 
This is an 8 room registered care home for people with mental health difficulties. It is managed for Family Housing by: Servol Community Trust   Tel. 0121 454 3081

Minstead Road Erdington 
This is a refurbished scheme is for 7 residents in 7 self-contained flats and shared laundry facilities for people recovering from mental health problems. It is managed for Family Housing by MIND. Tel. 0121 608 8001

Golden Hillock Road Small Heath 
This scheme is for people with mental health problems specifically for Asian men and homeless people. It has 5 bedsits, and 17 1 bedroom flats. There is also a residential caretaker on site. There is a communal lounge, TV room, kitchen, diner, meeting room and a laundry all in the rear block for all residents. It is managed for Family Housing by MIND. Tel. 0121 608 8001

St Kilda’s Road Alum Rock 
This scheme has 8 fully furnished self-contained bed-sitting rooms with access to communal. lounge/kitchen/ laundry.Accommodation is for up to  2 years for quite dependent people recovering from mental health problems.
