Family Housing has three schemes for Older People. One scheme is managed by a specialist organisation for Asian elders. Two schemes are managed directly by Family Housing.
At Beech Court we welcome all applications from people aged 60 years or over, or from people aged 55 years or over with a disability. All applications are subject to a needs and risk assessment carried out by the tenancy support worker and scheme manager. We also have our leasehold scheme out at Henley in Arden in Warwickshire. These 1 and 2 bed properties are sold on the open market by owners and Family Housing provides all leasehold services and a resident scheme manager to provide advice and support.
Helena Walsh Court Handsworth

Beech Court Saltley
This is a purpose built scheme for people aged 60 and over, or over 55 years who have a disability. Beech Court has 41 one bedroom flats including 2 wheelchair access, plus 2 wheelchair access bungalows. Chestnut Walk Henley in Arden
This is Leasehold scheme for older people. There are 51 self contained 1 and 2 bed apartments in 2 blocks – Aspen and Blackthorn Court for owners 60yrs+. There is a Warden call system.
