Family Housing has 4 schemes for single homeless people. 3 schemes are managed by specialist organisations in the homelessness field. One scheme, St Brigids House, is managed directly by Family Housings Tenancy Support Team. This scheme is not direct, emergency access. We welcome all applications, however applications are subject to a needs and risk assessment carried out by the tenancy support worker and scheme manager. St Brigid’s House Alum Rock Birmingham
St Brigids House is a recently refurbished scheme for single homeless aged over 35 years. There are15 single furnished non self contained bedsitting rooms, shared kitchens & bathrooms and a resource room. There is a non–resident scheme manager service.
