  Housing Association excels in Customer Service

The first housing association based in Birmingham has achieved Charter Mark, the national standard for Customer Service Excellence.

Family Housing Association (Birmingham) Ltd were recently presented with the award after achieving the accreditation in July. Based on the criteria to achieve Charter Mark, Family have demonstrated that they deliver to their customers, promote choice and continue to improve opportunities and quality of life in the communities in which they serve.

Chief Executive, Tim Sewell said “This proves Family’s commitment to ongoing improvement, ensuring that we are efficient and responsive to our customers needs.  It is great for Family to be recognised for all the hard work we have put in over recent years and by reaching Charter Mark standard we have shown we put our customers first and go that extra mile.”
