As part of Customer 1st, our resident involvement scheme we will be holding several service group meetings to help our residents work closely with our managers to monitor and improve our services.
All groups are now full and if you have put your name forward for the meetings we will be in touch to confirm the meetings you want to attend.

Lease Holder views - Wednesday 30th April 6pm-8pm at Dolphin House
Mystery Shopping Training session - Thursday 15th May 10am-12noon at Dolphin House
Confidence building and meeting skills training - Wednesday 21st May 11am-1pm at Dolphin House
Mystery Shopping feedback session - Thursday 5th June 11am-1pm at Dolphin House
