A new business opportunity to provide greater housing services has been snapped up by Family Housing Association (Birmingham) Ltd with the creation of a new trading arm ‘Cornerstone Commercial Services Ltd’.

Tim Sewell, Family Housing’s Chief Executive explains ‘Cornerstone Commercial Services is non charitable and unregistered with the Housing Corporation, therefore enabling us to fund and develop non-grant projects such as outright sale and market renting. Family Housing is going from strength to strength and working with our partners we now see this as a way forward allowing us to expand our services to benefit everyone across Birmingham and the West Midlands.
