Family Housing has been recognised again for its commitment to working with residents.  We have been accredited with the matrix Standard, a nationally-recognised and government-backed quality mark for organisations which provide information, advice and guidance to make learning and work more accessible for our customers.

We were accredited for our services to customers, including provision of advice and guidance around money management, employment and training and energy-efficiency.  Accreditation lasts for three years.
