Customer service excellence for Family

We have become one of just six housing organisations in the West Midlands to achieve a prestigious accreditation.

 
We have achieved the Customer Service Excellence  standard which recognises the efforts of our staff who work hard to deliver first-class services.

Our staff demonstrated compliance against the standard’s five key elements; customer insight, timeliness and quality of service, information and access, the culture of the organisation and delivery.

Our chief executive Tim Sewell said: “The Customer Service Excellence standard demonstrates our commitment to customer service through leadership, as well as embedding it into service delivery and the management process.

“I would like to thank all of our staff, partners and residents who helped us to achieve the accreditation.” 

The new standard has replaced the former Charter Mark accreditation and the certification is valid for three years, subject to ongoing monitoring.
