Family Housing Association is celebrating the acquisition of a key landmark site adjacent to Trinity Church, in Old Camp Hill, Digbeth, Birmingham. The site is a short walk from their head office in Bordesley. The site now has detailed planning approval to provide 24 affordable two-bedroom apartments.
Family plan to develop the site in conjunction with St Basils Housing Association. The opportunity was brought to them by their Partner Building Contractor, Thomas Vale Construction. They aim to start this exciting new development in July 2007.

The new homes are due to be completed in Spring 2008.
