Family Housing Association (Birmingham) Ltd is pleased to announce that Gail Newbold has been appointed to the Senior Management Team as Head of Housing.
Gail has been working in social housing for over 20 years and will bring a wealth of experience with her as she was previously Head of Housing at South Warwickshire Housing Association, based in Stratford on Avon, which followed experience with two large Midlands based housing groups. As Head of Housing at Family, Gail will take a lead role in the management and development of our income service, neighbourhood management and all aspects of customer services.
