Family Housing Association (Birmingham) Ltd is pleased to announce that John Capewell has been appointed to the Senior Management Team as Head of Property Services.
John has been working in social housing for 15 years and will bring a wealth of experience with him as he was previously Programme Works Manager and Acting Head of Property Services at Wolverhampton Homes. In his new role, John will be responsible for a 30 strong Property Services Team which provides a comprehensive repairs and maintenance service to 2,200 homes.
