We are proud to welcome two new faces to Family. Jackie Molloy, who previously worked as head of people and performance at Bromsgrove District Housing Trust, and Richard Wilson, who was director of resources at Local Better Regulation Office, have joined our restructured management team.

Jackie and Richard join chief executive Tim Sewell, deputy chief executive Carmel McCarthy, director of finance and business development Rob Ellis, assistant director homes and neighbourhoods Gail Newbold and head of community investment Adam Carey.

Commenting on the reorganisation, chief executive Tim Sewell said: “I’d like to welcome to Jackie and Richard to the team. I’ve been impressed by their expertise and also by their shared drive for working closely with our residents to continuously improve the way we work.

To continue this process we have now streamlined and modernised the organisation and created clear lines of responsibility to ensure that our customers get the best deal.”
