Family residents ring the changes

Family Housing Association has renewed its contract with Solihull Community Housing (SCH) to manage its customer contact centre in a two-year contract.

 

The partnership will see the three-star ALMO continue to provide the telephone service to all our customers from 8am to 8pm weekdays and on a Saturday morning.

 

We decided to outsource the service and second our Customer Service staff following a review by residents in 2009.
