The Association maintains an approved list of contractors to carry out works on our behalf. All contractors must be vetted by the Association to ensure their suitability for specific contracts and also to guarantee that they can offer quality of work as well as value for money. There is a rigorous process to be completed by all contractors and consultants which includes the following:

• Completion of application forms 
• Provision of documents, i.e. Health & Safety Policy, Equal Opportunities Policy, Financial details 
• Financial and Quality references
• Equality & Diversity Policy

Once these processes have been completed to the satisfaction of the relevant department an approval by the Boards of Management will be obtained. This will then enable the contractors/consultants to work on behalf of the Association and be invited to take part in tendering opportunities and Partnering Processes.
