Gardening
Every 2 weeks
April to November only
Visit estates for general gardening and grass cutting.
November to March only
Cut back trees.
Collect and remove fallen leaves, clearing footpaths and garage areas.

Once a month – March to September
Remove weeds, prune overgrown hedges, shrubs and bushes.

Communal area cleaning
Every 2 weeks
Clear litter, vacuum carpets, sweep hard floors, wash vinyl floors, clean and polish stair banisters and doors, wash down paintwork, wash and disinfect all internal and external refuse storage areas.

Once a month
Clean all windows, internally and externally.

Once a year
Wash carpet flooring, vinyl floors to be stripped, buffed and re-sealed.
