Monthly

· Clear litter, rubbish and waste; Edge and trim lawn edges, tree bases and street furniture on grassed areas; remove cuttings.

June and November

· Trim hedges, prune shrubs and remove cuttings.

Once a year

· Tree maintenance

Summer months from 1^st April to 31^st October only

· Every 2 weeks – Cut grass on communal land and remove cuttings.

· Monthly – Remove weeds and moss.

Winter months from November to March

· Three visits to collect and remove from site all leaves and twigs including those blocking drainage of surface water.

Communal area cleaning

Every 2 weeks

· Clear litter, vacuum carpets, sweep hard floors, wash vinyl floors, clean and polish stair banisters and doors, wash down paintwork, wash and disinfect all internal and external refuse storage areas.

Once a year

· Wash carpet flooring, vinyl floors to be stripped, buffed and re-sealed.
