As a member of Family 1st Class you will have a number of benefits, including:

· In Touch Visit
Members are entitled to an annual home visit by their Neighbourhood Officer.

· Loyalty Gifts
Members receive loyalty gifts to celebrate 10, 20 and 30 years as a valued customer of the Association.

· £75 Goodbye Bonus
Members who are moving on to a new home and who end their tenancy will, subject to a property inspection, be entitled to £75.

· £250 prize draw
Members are automatically entered into our prize draw to win prizes up to a cash value of a minimum of £250.
