Who can be a member?

Family 1st Class is open to all residents, including leaseholders and shared owners.

Membership is automatic. We run our membership reports every 3 months and if you become a member of the scheme you will be notified by post. We will also provide you with an information pack and a membership card. 

To be a member is simple and it's free. You will be a member of Family 1^st Class if you have

Ÿ         A clear rent account or be adhering to an agreement to pay any arrears.

Ÿ         An up-to-date gas service.

Ÿ         No breach of your tenancy agreement.

Ÿ         Been a Family Housing resident for at least 3 months.
