Family 1st Class is open to all residents, including leaseholders and shared owners.

Membership is automatic. We run our membership reports every 3 months and if you become a member of the scheme you will be notified by post. We will also provide you with an information pack.

To be a member is simple and it's free.

You will automatically be a member of Family 1st Class if you have

·       A clear rent account or be adhering to an agreement to pay any arrears.

·       An up-to-date gas service.

·       No breach of your tenancy agreement.

·       Been a Family Housing resident for at least 3 months.
