This is a fun way to get involved from your own home. Mystery shopping involves residents contacting the office, asking a set of questions and recording our levels of service. Residents are trained and supported by Family to help them carry out the task. From this Family gains useful information about the level of service we provide and where improvements can be made.

Feedback from previous mystery shopping programmes has indicated residents wanted to get involved wth this project because they are:

"Interested in making sure that family are doing the best for me and my kids."
"Helping improve services and communication within Family Housing.
"It is about getting a good service and achieving value for money."
