If for any reason you decide to move out of your property you must inform us straight away by informing the customer services team and completing a termination form.  Please note that under the terms of your tenancy agreement you are required to give us four weeks notice that you are ending your tenancy with us, all tenancies must end on a Sunday.

On the day that you vacate your property

You must ensure that you return your keys to us no later than 12.00 midday on the Monday after your notice period ends.  We will not be able to end your tenancy account until we receive both the keys and the termination form at out offices, any delays in retuning these to our offices will result in additional weeks rent being charged.

Upon vacating your property please ensure that:

• The property is in a clean and tidy condition - any rubbish or items left in your property will be disposed of and the costs will be recharged to you
• If you have replaced any of the original fittings - that you reinstate the original fixtures
• Your rent account is paid up to date
• Remember to tell the council, the gas, electricity and water companies that you have changed your address and arrange to have your post redirected.
