Does this apply to me?
Our Service 1st offer applies to all our customers including Shared Owners. However, we also recognise that everyone has different needs and we want to ensure our services are accessible to all. This may mean that, where appropriate, we work with external agencies that support particular groups such as people with learning disabilities.
