Letting our homes

We will:

Ÿ         Send out application packs within 3 working days of a request.

Ÿ         Visit you within 10 working days of receiving a transfer request to discuss your application.

Ÿ         Advise you of our decision regarding your transfer request within 14 days of receipt.

Ÿ         Advertise all of our vacant homes each week.

Ÿ         Provide you with a copy of our minimum re-let standard for your new home so that you know what standard you should expect and what work has been carried out before you moved in.

Ÿ         Let our empty homes within 21 working days of them becoming vacant
